Special Activations - September 16

It’s back-to-school season, and thousands of college students have returned to Milwaukee’s local campuses. Westown Association invites local students to visit the Milwaukee Night Market on September 16 to experience the best of the city they’ll call home for the upcoming school year! College Night is presented by Educators Credit Union, and supported by Marquette University, MATC and UW-Milwaukee.

COLLEGE NIGHT SCAVENGER HUNT

Use your phone to take photos of you completing three of the scavenger hunt activities. Then, visit the Night Market Info Tent to show your photos and student ID to our volunteers. The first 300 students to finish the scavenger hunt will get a free Night Market tote bag!

  • Did you visit a vendor booth at the Market? Take a selfie with your purchase!

  • Take a selfie while sampling a Dunkin refresher

  • Play shuffleboard in the 3rd St. Market Hall

  • Snap a photo next to the Marquette Made sign at the Marquette booth

  • Visit the FPC Live Unplugged tent located at Baird Community Commons and grab a photo of the performer

  • Take a photo with Educators Credit Union’s Custom Cash

  • Pose in front of the MKE letters

  • Make a s'more at the GRAEF Lounge

  • Take a photo with the Milwaukee Panthers flag at the UW-Milwaukee booth

  • Make your move at MATC's Community Chess Game! Learn about exciting career pathways and play on our custom chess board made by MATC carpentry and CNC students

EDUCATORS CREDIT UNION GIVEAWAY

Wear your school spirit wear and head over to the Educators Credit Union tent to receive a free Milwaukee Night Market and Educators Credit Union magnetic phone wallet!

BREWERS ART ALLEY

Located in the alley west of the Bradley Symphony Center

Stop by the Brewers Art Alley @ MKE Night Market featuring a CARCADE gaming experience featuring MLB the Show, a collaborative paint by numbers mural with local artist Olivia Lombardi, DIY vinyl painting with Soul Spin, a trading card photo op, and DJ set by DJ Kenny Perez. Plus, see your favorite Brewers mascots: the Racing Sausages, Bernie & Barrel Man.

Located on Vel R. Phillips Avenue

Over at Clover Corner, you’ll find a variety of food trucks serving up delicious bites at the Market, along with tables and seating to enjoy their meals while listening to music from the FPC Live Unplugged tent.
